Visited the new store for the first time today and checked off my entire gift list! Love the new store and love the options it provides. My grandkids are sure to be thrilled with their gifts. Staff was so helpful and having the purchases wrapped is wonderful. It is great to have this resource in our community!!!

Great staff, easy to help and make suggestions. Reminded me of new location, across from MUSC which was a huge time saver. When you want a unique gift that’s high in quality...this is place to start and end ones search. My first experience with this store was years ago with live baby frogs and a indoor sand box. Excellent then, Excellent now.

My granddaughter and I visited today and the staff was so very accommodating. They offered age appropriate toys for her to play with and even gave us some goodies. We will definitely go back for more shopping and playtime!

I wanted to give a BIG shout out to Brice Elvington at The Toy Shop in Florence. I’m in Memphis, TN and was referred to him by one of my BEST friends! He has the BEST customer service and he always has exactly what I’m looking for! I have several local stores that sell TBBC but I’ve never had customer service like this!
