Walter, the world's biggest Muppet fan, is thrilled to be on vacation in Los Angeles with his brother Gary (Jason Segel) and Gary's girlfriend, Mary (Amy Adams). But their trip takes a surprising turn when they discover that greedy Tex Richman (Chris Cooper) is planning to demolish Muppet Studios to drill for oil!
